• No Spam: You agree not to use GASEI for spamming or sending unsolicited messages to other users. Any attempts to manipulate, disrupt, or misuse the platform may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Transactions Between Users

• Buyer and Seller Responsibility: GASEI is a platform that facilitates interactions between buyers and sellers. We do not participate in transactions between users. It is your responsibility to ensure that all transactions comply with applicable laws and to verify the accuracy of listings, product descriptions, and prices.
• Payment and Refunds: Any payments made through GASEI are processed via third-party payment providers. You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor. Refunds and disputes are handled directly between the buyer and seller, and we are not liable for any issues arising from transactions.
• Delivery and Shipping: The seller is responsible for arranging delivery or shipping of items, and the buyer is responsible for paying for any shipping or handling fees unless otherwise agreed.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use GASEI to engage in any of the following activities:

• Engaging in fraudulent activities or impersonating another person or entity.
• Posting content or listings that violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material.
